 "In 2013, our 2nd home in Florida sustained water damage to the kitchen. The remediation company sent by our insurer was DKI. We found the company to be extremely professional and timely in dealing with our situation. After weighing the pros and cons of handling the job ourselves,we hired DKI's construction division to handle the remodel. We were very happy we made this decision as we were beyond pleased with DKI and the project leader, Chris Mores.

We handled the decisions by conference call, email, and faxes allowing us to deal with the construction as efficiently as possible.  Our home had a lockbox installed and Chris was able to get all the advance prep work done to minimize the disruption to our already hectic life.   The project management with the subcontractors was spot on and with DKI's established relationships they were able to deal with ease when minor speed bumps arose.  Anne & Alan Spaes -  Boynton Beach, Florida."
